QUT survey on early contractor involvement

The Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is conducting a research study on Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) across the Australian infrastructure market.

The study aims to provide an empirical understanding of how the integrative mechanics of ECI can be more effectively leveraged by industry to improve project performance.
