Planning better community outcomes in transport

Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is partnering with the NSW Department of Planning and Environment to establish a Community of Practice to share experiences of applying the NSW Movement and Place Framework.

The Community of Practice will meet every two months to hear from a wide range of presenters. Speakers will examine the practical applications of the NSW Framework as well as the latest guidance, tools, and processes being developed under the Framework.

The first event is being held on Friday, 29 April and will include presentations on projects from across NSW and look at some practical applications of the NSW Movement and Place Framework. The event is intended for practitioners across all levels of government and industry professionals who plan, design, deliver and manage public space and movement systems in NSW.

(Note: It is a hybrid event and practitioners can also attend online via MS Teams)
