WSP set to acquire Calibre

WSP Australia has announced announce it has entered into an agreement to acquire Calibre Professional Services One Pty Limited, and its subsidiary, Xstract Mining Consultants Pty Ltd from Calibre Group Pty Ltd.
Calibre has a multi-decade track record of successful projects with blue-chip resources sector clients. Their team of 800 adds significant experience and expertise to WSP Australia, bringing our firm to around 6,000 people across Australia, including approximately 1,300 in Western Australia.
This transaction further positions WSP to play a leading role in assisting with the green transition of the mining industry in Australia and globally.
