BMD makes UK acquisition

RA member BMD Group’s global growth strategy has taken a major step forward with its first UK acquisition.
The acquisition of TUSP, an international consultancy that provides solutions to the transport, rail and construction industries, aligns with BMD’s goal of ongoing global expansion and diversification by sector and geography.
The acquisition follows the establishment of BMD’s operations in the Philippines in 2017 and the opening of its London office earlier this year.
BMD’s CEO Scott Power said:
