Adam Hull
Managing Director - Hullcon
Adam is the Managing Director of Hullcon Pty Ltd, a civil and structural engineering design consultancy which specialises in transport and renewable projects.
Innovative and problem solving, Adam is a highly proactive Principal Road and Civil Engineer with a strong design management background.
Having worked on many major projects including most recently North East Link, Southern Program Alliance and CityLink-Tulla Widening, Adam has developed skills and relationships across many contract types in both public and private roles.
A chartered engineer, Adam’s key strengths are in design and project management, technical road and civil design, providing innovative solutions, developing quality relationships with government and construction personnel and guiding design towards best for project outcomes.

Amanda Hua
Technical Director (Transport) - Mott Macdonald
Amanda is a civil engineer with 13 years’ experience working on a wide range of road and rail infrastructure projects.
Amanda has a proven track record of leading design teams of a roads & transport, track & civil, rail systems, carparks & precincts, drainage & flooding, and utilities relocation, to deliver great outcomes to clients and the community whilst balancing disparate stakeholder needs.
In recent years Amanda has enjoyed overseeing design coordination and providing technical leadership to multi-disciplinary project teams, managing the deployment and optimisation of project resources, and driving timely service delivery including positive technical and commercial outcomes.

Birwa Shaly
Delivery manager - Department of Transport and Planning, VIC
Birwa Shaly is an accomplished engineering leader with over 13 years of experience in the development and delivery of transport infrastructure in the public sector. A Chartered Professional Engineer with an extensive catalogue of projects, Birwa has played a pivotal role in shaping Victoria’s transport network.
In 2023, Birwa returned from the United Kingdom, where he spent two years as Head of Design, Engineering, and Assurance for Sustrans, overseeing project delivery and technical development for the National Cycle Network in Scotland. He also led a department that provided guidance on local placemaking and urban design initiatives.
Most recently, Birwa completed a secondment as Associate Director – Road Program, where he developed long-term investment strategies for road infrastructure projects. Eager to immerse himself in this 12-month Roads Australia Fellowship, Birwa looks forward to collaborating with and learning from fellow industry leaders.

Bruce Bernhardt
Principal Consultant - Transmax
Bruce Bernhardt’s passion for technology and service has seen him thrive in many senior transportation roles, allowing him to drive change for the benefit of road agencies and the community.
With his strong engineering background, Bruce is a Principal Consultant at Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) provider Transmax, where he works with road agency customers to define their requirements and ensure that the ITS solutions delivered meet their needs.
Bruce was previously a Principal Technical Officer of ITS networks and Senior Advisor of Traffic Systems for Transport and Main Roads Queensland.
Bruce believes a great mentorship is grounded in mutual trust and is a two-way street for learning, with the mentor gaining insights into the next generation of leaders and learning from new technologies, techniques and ways of thinking.
Bruce holds an Advanced Diploma of Engineering (Electronics) and a Diploma of Telecommunications Engineering. He was awarded the National Emergency Medal for the Townsville 2019 floods as a key member of the District Emergency Management Team and the team leader of Traffic Operations.

Christian Rogers
Senior Project Manager - Inland Rail
Chris is a Senior Project manager with over 15 years of experience in delivering rail projects across Australia.
He currently works on the Victorian section of Inland Rail, which involves enhancing numerous road/rail interfaces to enable double stack freight trains.

Dearbhla Brennan
Operations Manager - Arcadis
Dearbhla Brennan is Arcadis’ National Pursuit and Bid Leader overseeing work winning across Australia.
Dearbhla is a chartered civil engineer with over 20 years’ experience in engineering design consulting delivering infrastructure projects, with a background in flooding and drainage, design and project management. Dearbhla’s primary focus is now pursuits and bidding, where she gets to embrace her passion for building collaborative teams to secure exciting projects for the large teams at Arcadis. To ensure a maintained focus on current project delivery she also holds a number of governance roles across a range of road infrastructure projects.
She is passionate about embracing technology to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth, with a focus on continual improvement across all facets of her work.

Ewan Watson
Construction Environmental Lead - FSC Group
Ewan is a Civil and Environmental Engineer with extensive experience working across various environmental management roles in NSW and Victoria.
He has had experience delivering and managing the environmental aspects of major infrastructure projects, such as Suburban Rail Loop, West Gate Tunnel, and Level Crossing Removal Projects.
As Construction Lead at FSC he is responsible for leading a team of environmental advisors that work of a range of infrastructure and bespoke projects.

Jacqui Berry
Associate Civil Engineer - WSP
Jacqui is an Associate Civil Engineer, Team Leader and Project Manager within the Bridges, Roads and Aviation team at WSP on the Sunshine Coast. She attended Queensland University of Technology, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering. She has 13 years of experience in the design of roads and highways and is currently the Project Manager of several projects of varying size and complexity.
Outside of work Jacqui enjoys multi-day hiking and considers the Larapinta Trail in the Northern Territory and the South Coast Track in Tasmania two of the best hikes she’s completed. Jacqui also enjoys ocean swimming, and is a member of the local triathlon club. She is a dog mum to Harley, a 7 year old golden retriever known for his love of body surfing.

John Wither
Safety Director - ACCIONA Australia
John entered the construction industry over 20 years ago in Safety through Baulderstone’s graduate program and has continued in the business through the acquisitions by Lendlease and more recently Acciona Construction Australia.
John is currently the Safety Director on Sydney’s Western Harbour Tunnel project and has been part of several major projects, primarily in tunnelling in Sydney and Brisbane. He has also worked on the Port Botany Expansion, Bulahdelah Bypass and Sydney CBD Alliance.
With expertise in tunnelling, marine, road, and bridge construction, John has a thorough understanding of civil construction and extensive knowledge of safety systems and a passion for innovation.

Kelli Hansen
Technical Principal - Roads & Highway, SMEC
Kelli Hansen is an accomplished engineering leader with over 25 years of experience in transport infrastructure, specialising in road design and project management.
Kelli is recognised for her expertise in providing and leading geometric and drainage subject matter expert advice for significant highway engineering projects.
Her early career in civil designer roles at TMR laid the foundation for her diverse technical expertise which spans road, rail, maritime, and busway design, making her a versatile asset in the field.
Kelli holds a Master of Engineering Practice from the University of Southern Queensland, is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), and accredited project manager. Her extensive knowledge and leadership in the field make her a valuable asset to the engineering community.

Krystal Williams
Deputy Director Commercial & General Counsel - North East Link State Tolling Corporation
Krystal is the Deputy Director Commercial and General Counsel at the North East Link State Tolling Corporation, which is responsible for managing, operating and maintaining the North East Link road and the setting and collection of tolls on the North East Link tollway when the project opens.
Domestically, Krystal advised the Victorian Government in relation to issues arising on the West Gate Tunnel Project and in respect of the several procurements being delivered as part of the Regional Rail Revival project.
Internationally, Krystal lived and worked in Doha, Qatar and London, United Kingdom, working at a US private practice law firm. Krystal predominately provided advice in relation to international arbitrations concerning multibillion dollar transport infrastructure and energy megaprojects, largely in emerging markets.

Dr Lexi Schwarz
Manager of Environment - Department for Infrastructure and Transport South Australia
Dr Lexi Schwarz is the Manager of Environment at South Australia’s Department for Infrastructure and Transport.
She earned a PhD in Bioremediation from Flinders University and previously worked as a contaminated land consultant, applying her research in a practical setting.
Dr Schwarz now leads a team that sets the strategic direction for environmental advisory services, including environment, contamination and Aboriginal heritage.
Her focus is to create innovative business models that improve the Department’s expertise and operations whilst ensuring compliance and effective project decisions.

Marcus Forsterling
Construction Manager - Transurban
Marcus is a construction manager at Transurban for the West Gate Tunnel Project. He oversees the delivery of the Project’s extensive surfaces elements and is currently focused on planning and preparations for the opening of this city-shaping project.
Marcus is passionate about sustainability and finding new, creative ways of delivering major infrastructure projects sustainably. Marcus is also passionate about his own professional development and the development of his team members, and he enjoys managing, mentoring and supporting members of the team and industry.
Marcus is thrilled to be participating in the 2025 Roads Australia Fellowship Program and looks forward to being mentored by some of the best and brightest in our industry.

Miranda Kossen
Engineering Manager - CPB Contractors
Miranda is a dedicated Engineering Manager at CPB Contractors, currently overseeing the detail design for the Warringah Freeway Upgrade project.
With a profound passion for the engineering and construction industry, Miranda has cultivated extensive expertise across diverse infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, tunnels, buildings and airports.
Beginning her career as a site engineer, Miranda developed a deep appreciation for the intricacies involved in constructing large-scale structures and innovative problem-solving. She believes that no other industry offers such variety of career opportunities and is committed to advocating for increased female participation.
Miranda aims to inspire the next generation of engineers, balancing a fulfilling career with family life. As she looks to the future, Miranda aspires to take on leadership roles that empower others, sharing knowledge and cultivating an environment of collaboration and respect.

Moreen Hana
Associate Director - Infrastructure Advisory Group
Moreen is a Chartered Professional Engineer with extensive experience in major road and rail infrastructure projects. She has expertise across the project lifecycle, from design to delivery, focusing on civil, structures, and intelligent transport systems with a strong background in engineering and construction management.
She has recently completed her Executive MBA and is working as an Associate Director with Infrastructure Advisory Group providing strategic and technical support on Major Infrastructure projects.

Pamela Bustos
Lead Consultant - HKA
Pamela Bustos is a Project Manager with 16 years’ experience in infrastructure projects and associated enabling works within the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
Experienced in integrated delivery teams and interface management, Pamela excels in creating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, ensuring an open forum culture which promotes discussion and the ability to collaboratively resolve issues.

Peter Zarantonello
Senior Transport Engineer - Tonkin
Peter is a skilled Senior Engineer with a decade of experience in civil and transportation projects throughout South Australia, having graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Structural engineering.
Working in Tonkin’s Transport team, Peter has progressed from a graduate engineer to overseeing projects Tonkin delivers direct to the State Government.
He has considerable experience on major road projects, most notably the Fleurieu Connections Alliance rural arterial road duplications. He is well regarded for delivering functional and high-quality road designs, brought on by working collaboratively with other design disciplines to produce well-coordinated, inherently constructable solutions.
Peter is dedicated to providing excellent outcomes for his clients and continuous professional development, in addition to providing mentorship and guidance to young graduate and project engineers within Tonkin’s Adelaide Transport team.

Rajit Patel
Section Manager - Georgiou
With over 11 years of experience in the construction industry, Rajit has worked on complex and diverse road transport infrastructure projects across Western Australia.
Rajit specialises in structures and most recently, Rajit has led the construction of multiple bridges as part of the Tonkin Gap Alliance. As a leader, Rajit is passionate about mentoring and fostering growth within the industry and is always aiming to support and uplift his team.
Rajit holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Civil and Construction (Honours) from Curtin University.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing and watching sports, travelling with his wife, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Sarah Poon
Acting General Counsel, Transport - Ventia
Sarah Poon is currently Acting General Counsel – Transport at Ventia Australia Pty Ltd, and admitted to practice law in Australia.
In her role, Sarah provides strategic and pragmatic legal advice in the delivery of various transport projects. She has extensive experience in front-end and back-end infrastructure projects, including PPP’s and Alliance contracts for both government and private sector clients.
Sarah is excited to be accepted to the Fellowship Program and is looking forward to building strong relationships across the industry, learning from and being mentored by industry leaders and fellow peers, as well as engaging in discussions about the future of the transport sector.

Sean Turnbull
Construction Manager High Voltage - Fredon Infrastructure
Sean is responsible for managing Fredon’s High Voltage portfolio of works across NSW.
He leads a specialised team of High Voltage Professionals which incorporates the Design, Project Management and Commissioning for the delivery of ASP, Private Networks, Renewable and Major Projects.
Sean joined Fredon in 2020 as a Senior Project Manager for the delivery of the WestConnex Tunnel M4-M5 Link High Voltage works package then moved into a Construction Managers role in 2022.
Prior to this appointment Sean has previously held senior roles for Client, EPC and Contractor organisations in the management of Electrical, Commissioning, Completions and Safety across Major Infrastructure Projects including Transport, Mining and LNG sectors.
Sean has a passion for Quality and Safety achieving academic success in Project and Safety Management.

Shaun Gillespie
District Works Manager - Transport for NSW
Shaun Gillespie is a District Works Manager with 14 years’ experience working with Transport for NSW predominately within Maintenance and Delivery which focuses heavily on maintenance, road safety improvements, and road rebuilding projects.
Shaun is accomplished in delivering road construction projects throughout all stages of the project lifecycle and now leads a diverse team of 100 frontline staff to perform essential maintenance work on the NSW Far North Coast Road network.
Shaun enjoys the challenge of working in leadership roles which has led to applying aspects of football refereeing and studying a Master of Business Administration to seek out ways to improve leadership knowledge. To drive business improvements Shaun relies on his strengths of bringing people together, effective communication and clear decision-making to direct a collective team response to achieve the best solution.
Outside of work Shaun has an expanding family with his fourth child on the way. When not busy as a father you will find Shaun enjoying a passion for building and creating, riding downhill mountain bikes, playing football and snowboarding.

Simone Hutchinson
Senior Project Manager and Client Relationship Manager - Jacobs
Simone is a Client Relationship Manager and Senior Associate Project Manager with over 15 years’ experience in planning and delivery of transport projects in Project Management and senior leadership roles in some of the largest infrastructure projects delivered in SA.
Through this experience, Simone has demonstrated her ability to effectively lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams across a multitude of major proposals and projects; work collaboratively with clients, contractors and stakeholders; and ultimately deliver great project outcomes.
Since 2020, Simone has become an established and well-regarded senior leader within Jacobs and the SA transport sector.
Simone is currently part of the T2D Alliance team delivering the $15.4billion motorway and tunnel mega-project in South Australia.

Tania Anglin
Senior Stakeholder and Community Engagement Manager - Laing O’Rourke
Tania is a communications and stakeholder engagement professional with more than 15 years experience in major infrastructure and land redevelopment projects.
Her expertise encompasses internal and external stakeholder management, community engagement, business development, and government relations.
Passionate about people and teams, she thrives on maximising performance and witnessing teams “hum” in synergy.

Alex Saba
Principal, Roads - Aurecon
Alex is a principal at Aurecon based in New South Wales and is currently leading the Roads and Civil team. He specialises in the leadership of multi-disciplinary and complex projects. He is driven by the challenges each project provides and the ability to influence and shape our market and the wider industry.
Throughout his career journey, Alex has been an avid supporter of Roads Australia. His trajectory, which has not followed the traditional pathway, has made him a passionate advocate for mentorship and shared learning. He’s deeply committed to supporting the growth and development of early career professionals within our industry.
He is excited to take part in this unique opportunity through Roads Australia to connect with like-minded professionals navigating similar challenges and supporting each other in shaping the industry of tomorrow.

Andrew Coonan
Alliance General Manager - CPB Contractors
Andy is a Chartered Civil Engineer, currently working as the Alliance General Manager on the Fleurieu Connections Alliance, an $810 million road infrastructure project in South Australia.
Andy has been lucky enough to work in a variety of engineering disciplines (Road, Rail, Buildings and Water) both across Australia and in the UK.
Working as an engineer has provided Andy with the opportunity to work alongside some wonderful people, while solving challenging problems in complex environments. As a person who (mostly) enjoys working in the infrastructure and construction sector, these are nourishing experiences that few other workplaces can offer.
As a result, Andy is very passionate about attracting and retaining tomorrows builders to ensure Australia is able to continue building to support our communities.

Brad Sherlock
Roads & Highway Leads, WA - BG&E
Brad is a qualified civil engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the design, supervision and project management of large infrastructure projects in both Australia and the United Kingdom.
Presently, Brad is BG&E’s Roads & Highways Lead – WA, and works with a talented team of engineers, designers and drafters.
Brad has been passionate about engineering for as long as he can remember, from building structures, making cranes to creating dams and reservoirs in his parents’ back garden!
Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending quality time with his family and staying active with CrossFit, running and golf.

Chantelle Hatch
Manager, Operations Support - Transurban
Chantelle Hatch is a Manager in Operations Support at Transurban for the NSW Business.
Her focus is improving performance, strengthening compliance and implementing best practices with an enterprise lens across Transurban’s operations.
Chantelle is experienced in providing advice across a breadth of sectors – including aviation, operation, training, workforce planning and people management.
Her exceptional communication and consultation style have defined her leadership to date, and helped her demonstrate success to colleagues and stakeholders. She constantly seeks new ways to make the workplace more efficient by building high performing, empowered and collaborative teams, and looks forward to bringing her experience to the Fellowship Program.

Dan Callary
Senior Structural Engineer - Government of South Australia, Department for Infrastructure and Transport
Daniel Callary is a Senior Structural Engineer at the Department for Infrastructure and Transport, with 13 years of experience in transport infrastructure projects across South Australia.
He has extensive knowledge in the detailed design, assessment, and technical review of structures, specialising in bridges and road safety barriers.
Daniel uses a collaborative approach to develop innovative solutions and has worked on many transport infrastructure projects, including the Torrens Road to River Torrens Project and Regency to Pym Street upgrade.
He provides technical advice to stakeholders across all phases of an asset’s life, from concept planning and design through to construction, maintenance, rehabilitation and strengthening.

Duncan Lambert
Construction Manager - Symal Infrastructure
Duncan has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry between the United Kingdom and Australia, and is currently a Construction Manager with Symal Infrastructure in NSW.
Prior to relocating to Australia in 2011, Duncan was involved in various transport infrastructure projects including in high speed rail, light rail, road and bridge construction. Involvement in major road infrastructure projects continued in Australia and has included the Hunter Expressway, M5 West Widening and Sydney CBD Alliance before leading part of the surface works team as Project Manager on the WestConnex M4 East and Rozelle Interchange projects with John Holland.
Building and supporting the development of his teams while delivering challenging projects is one of Duncan’s key drivers.

Gretta Stewart
Design Manager - John Holland
Gretta is an experienced and well-regarded Design/Engineering Manager for JHG, with over 14 years in the industry work on major road and rail infrastructure projects.
With a strong background in project delivery, Gretta has contributed to the successful delivery numerous projects and collaborated with various teams to deliver high-quality results.
She takes pride in the lasting legacy that is handed back to the local communities she works amongst, with projects such as the Preston Level Crossing Removal project, and the Metro Tunnel’s Rail Infrastructure Alliance as examples.
She is known for her excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and her approach to collaborating effectively across design teams, delivery teams and project stakeholders.
Gretta is currently working in pre-contracts working on Road and Rail infrastructure tenders, looking to a successful award and transitioning back into Design Management in project delivery.

John Perrott
Discipline Manager (Civil, Infrastructure Solutions) - KBR
John is currently the WA Civil Discipline Manager in KBR’s Perth office, with professional experience in management and project delivery both in Australia and Ireland.
John is a strong believer of collaborative communication and has a keen interest in development of colleagues to reach their full potential which aligns with Roads Australia policy.
John is excited to be part of the RA 2025 fellowship program and look forward to the mentorship program and learning from industry leaders and peers.

Karessa Cullen
Associate Director (Transport Advisory, ANZ NWA) - AECOM
Karessa Cullen is an Associate Director at AECOM and the Transport Advisory Team Lead for South East Queensland, and manages a team of engineers, planners and modellers to support the planning and delivery of transport projects across Queensland. Karessa is passionate about driving technical excellence and innovation across projects and working towards the common goal of delivering sustainable transport infrastructure for communities and creating lasting legacies.

Kirryn Crossman
Manager, Roads & Highways, Gold Coast - SMEC
As SMEC’s Manager of Roads & Highways, Gold Coast, Kirryn leads a dynamic team that delivers quality-focused and innovative solutions for road infrastructure projects. She is an Associate Civil Engineer with over 15 years of experience in transport infrastructure, specialising in road design and project management.
Kirryn is a recognised emerging leader at SMEC, known for her commitment to team development, proactive industry engagement, and collaborative approach. A passionate advocate for women in engineering, she strives to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all.
By challenging conventional methods and advocating for outcome-driven solutions, she ensures projects deliver lasting positive impacts on the communities they serve.

Kylie Smart
HR Manager, Capability & Systems - Seymour Whyte Constructions
Kylie is the HR Manager, Capability & Systems at Seymour Whyte Constructions, where she plays a key role in driving people-related strategies.
With a background in Business and Psychology, she is passionate about fostering inclusivity in the construction industry. Over the past decade, Kylie has contributed to significant progress in diversity, equity, and inclusion, particularly focussed on gender equality, workplace flexibility, performance and development processes and improving the representation of underrepresented groups.
She has been instrumental in developing and delivering resources to raise awareness about domestic and family violence (DFV) in the workplace, Kylie has rolled out policies, support mechanisms, and training to build Seymour Whyte’s capability in this space. Her commitment to creating flexible work environments led to the successful implementation of the “My Time” workshop, improving inclusion, engagement and wellbeing on major projects without compromising productivity.
In her current role, she oversees HR operations for Seymour Whyte’s corporate functions, drives capability development, and leads key systems implementations. She is passionate about leveraging her skills to positively influence the industry while continuously developing her technical expertise.

Lisa Foley
Engineering, Quality, and Completions Manager - McConnell Dowell
Lisa Foley is the Engineering, Quality, and Completions Manager for the New Bridgewater Bridge Project in Tasmania with McConnell Dowell.
Lisa discovered her passion for construction through one of her early mentors in the Australian Navy Cadets, who highlighted the industry’s value in nation building. Throughout her career, she has worked across industries and sectors – managing diverse projects including the rollout of Optus’ 4G wireless network.
Lisa excels in developing strategic plans, managing cross-functional teams, and creating trackers that keep everyone on their toes. Her ability to streamline processes, while maintaining a smile, is legendary.

Megan Finnie
Senior Asset Manager - Fulton Hogan
Megan works for Fulton Hogan as the Senior Asset Manager, working to support contract teams with pavement program development and strategic asset management frameworks.
Megan has 15 years of experience in asset management. Prior to joining Fulton Hogan, she worked in local government for over 6 years in various asset management roles, responsible for the asset management of Council’s road assets and strategic asset management across the organisation. Megan provided strategic direction to managing council infrastructure assets, prepared asset management plans and strategies, and undertook asset management maturity assessments for the organisation.
Prior to Council, Megan worked for the World Bank Group, delivering infrastructure projects in developing countries across the Pacific Islands. These included post-cyclone housing, airport and runway upgrades, and road resurfacing and rehabilitation programs.
Megan is a Director on the IPWEA NSW & ACT board, is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, and chairs the Women in Public Works panel. She is also a member of the Road Safety, Bridge, and Transport Working Groups. Megan is a Chartered Professional Engineer and a Certified Asset Management Assessor.
Outside of her technical role, Megan advocates for engineers to be a recognised profession, supporting the industry to attract and retain young engineers, and advocating for diversity across the engineering sector. She is interested in the impacts of climate change on managing infrastructure, and building in resilience into our infrastructure.

Monica Raju
Design Manager - GHD
Monica has over 12 years of industry experience in major transport infrastructure projects across WA and NSW including Sydney Metro West (Western Tunnelling Package), The Northern Road upgrade and Mitchell Freeway Extension works.
As a Design Manager, she is well versed in fostering trusted relationships with clients and leading outcomes focussed teams to deliver outstanding projects that contribute to improving safety, accessibility and mobility for local communities and generate tangible positive impacts.

Nesh Govender
Principal Civil Engineer - Turnbull Engineering
Nesh is an accomplished Design Manager at Turnbull Engineering, leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients in the infrastructure sector.
With over 12 years of experience, Nesh has taken on leadership roles in the design of major road projects in NSW, including the Warringah Freeway Upgrade, The Northern Road Upgrade Stage 4 and the Mulgoa Road Upgrade Stage 1.

Paul Davidson
Business Development Manager, Major Projects - Boral
Paul was appointed to the position of Business Development Manager – Major Projects with Boral in July 2024, having previously held the position of Operations Manager for the SEQ Asphalt Contracting business for the past 13 years.

Scott is Principal Structural Engineer and Transport Structures Lead for HDR in Victoria.
He began his career designing highway and rail bridges in the United States before moving to Melbourne in 2018, where he has continued with bridge design and developed a strong passion for all phases of major project delivery.
Scott’s project portfolio includes the California High Speed Rail, Eagle P3 Commuter Rail (Denver, CO), the Westgate Tunnel Project (Melbourne), and the Coomera Connector Central (Gold Coast).
Away from work, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters, and son, as well as cycling, playing golf, and coaching his daughter’s basketball team.

Sep Zarrin
Associate Director - Harmony Infrastructure, NSW
Sep Zarrin is an experienced Associate Director at Harmony Infrastructure with qualifications in civil engineering, construction law, and finance.
He has a track record of high performance and leadership in providing commercial advisory services on some of Australia’s most high-profile complex major projects.
In recent years, Sep has extensively supported Transport for NSW in the delivery of the complex Warringah Freeway Upgrade Project ($1.2bn+), which is the first stage of the Western Harbour Tunnel and Beaches Link program.
With a collaborative leadership style, he can integrate quickly and effectively into established working teams, leverage available skills and knowledge, and seek opportunities to optimise commercial strategies.
His leadership capabilities have previously been recognised with nominations for the 2019 Sydney Metro Future Leader Award and the 2017 Australian Financial Review Future Leader Award.

Her leadership on major projects, including delivery of multiple projects for Level Crossing Removal Projects and Major Roads Project Victoria, showcases her ability to manage multidisciplinary teams while maintaining design integrity and exceeding client expectations.
Recently selected for the prestigious Roads Australia Fellowship Program, Sheryll Ann is eager to use this opportunity to strengthen her leadership abilities and broaden her expertise in the transport infrastructure sector. This program will provide valuable mentorship and networking opportunities, positioning her to take on senior leadership roles in WGA.
Sheryll Ann is also passionate about giving back to the engineering community. As the Deputy Chair of Engineers Australia’s Overseas Qualified Committee in Victoria for 2024, she is committed to helping overseas-qualified engineers successfully integrate into the Australian workforce. Her mentorship has helped many engineers navigate their careers and reach their full potential.
